My room included TV, a seating area, and a writing table. The location for Katra was good, adjacent to Katra Bus Stand, Katra Railway Station as well as main market. Lucky that it was at a short distance from Sagar Ratna, offering food to go.

The hotel was well-maintained, even so I stayed for 1 night only. The venue had a NICE size rooms and big beds. The breakfast offered a wide range of nice meals. Location: the hotel was near main market, railway station and bus stop, and Katra Bus Stand. Also, it was about 5 minutes' drive to Vaishno Devi. Appreciated my stay, had a nice experience.

Despite a few minor hiccups mentioned in the reviews, we found the amenities to be satisfactory, including the provision of basic necessities such as towels and toiletries upon request. The location of the hotel near the main road was convenient for our travels. we would recommend this hotel for a short stay with basic improvements.

My partner and I had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, with a warm welcome and always ready to assist with our needs or inquiries. The room was well-appointed with great attention to detail, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The hotel's breakfast and dinner selection was impressive, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the stunning views from the hotel's rooftop terrace with a fantastic sunset.

There were minor issues during our stay. The TV reception was a bit poor with fuzzy pictures and weak sound.

The hotel staff were friendly and supportive. The facilities were good, including a comfortable bed and a cupboard for luggage storage. Hot and cold water was available. a great stay.

This hotel is located in an excellent area that is just a few blocks away from the lively main market. The room was spacious and had all the amenities that we needed including a clean and comfortable bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and filling, a good way to start the day before heading out for a morning hike. , the hotel offered a great swimming pool that provided us with a much-needed refreshing break from the heat.

The Wi-Fi wasn't working well during our stay, which made it difficult to stay connected with our loved ones. However, we enjoyed spending quality time together without the distractions of technology.
